China's overall bathroom industry has ushered in new opportunities
The overall bathroom originated in the 1950s when Tokyo, Japan hosted the Olympic Games. In order to shorten the construction period, large-scale supporting residential facilities were constructed in a short period of time. The subsequent Osaka World Expo and the relevant regulations and standards introduced by the government provided a platform for the practice, feedback, and promotion of overall bathroom circulation. Up to now, over 90% of hotels, hospitals, and residences in Japan use integrated bathroom systems, while the demand for integrated bathroom systems in developed countries such as the United States, Australia, and Europe is also increasing.
Since the 1990s, China proposed the concept of residential industrialization and clarified the importance of the residential component system. In 2006, the "Residential Integrated Bathroom" was issued and revised in 2011. In 2016, the national standard "Industrial Building Evaluation Standard" was implemented, and the integrated bathroom, also known as the integrated bathroom, was included in the evaluation project for scoring.
